Drop Ins

We’ve enabled the Drop-In feature on our Uplifter registration site: 🔗 register.skatecoquitlam.com

This feature serves as our Buy-On mechanism and allows skaters to purchase individual sessions. To see how the Drop-In interface works, you can view a sample walkthrough here: 🎥 [Sample Video Overview] (Please note: this video is from a sample site and is for demonstration purposes only.)

Important Information & Policies

  • Eligibility & Volunteer Bonds: Drop-in registration is strictly available to members who are actively enrolled in at least one club program during the current season. If a skater is not enrolled in a full club program for the current season, they must purchase a Non-Package Competitive Enrollment for the current season to be eligible to register for drop-ins; please note that this non-package option is only available to competitive members. The Non-Package Volunteer Bond applies to these registrations.

  • Availability: The Drop-In feature will only be enabled on the first day of each new season. Uplifter manages live availability—sessions will only appear as options if there are open spots remaining.

  • How to Register: Once on the registration page, click “REGISTER” and look for the “Drop-In” tab on the right-hand side.

  • Pricing: Session pricing depends on the program type. Please refer to the specific program details for current rates. There are no additional administrative or membership fees associated with Drop-In purchases.

  • Cancellations, Refunds & Swaps: Because drop-in spots are limited and managed in real-time, all drop-in purchases are considered final. We are unable to process cancellations, refunds, or session swaps (exchanging one booked session for another) once a purchase is completed. We appreciate your understanding!

Booking Window & Lesson Availability

While advance registration is not strictly required 24 hours prior to a session to allow for scheduling flexibility, lesson availability cannot be guaranteed for late bookings. Please review the following guideline regarding coaching:

Lesson Disclaimer: To ensure proper coaching scheduling and preparation, drop-in sessions must be coordinated with the coaching staff in advance. For STAR 1 through STAR 3 sessions booked less than 24 hours before the session start time, there is no guarantee that coaching or lesson time will be available for the skater.
